  1. Enter the teammate’s email address.
  2. Choose the role based on the access the teammate needs.

Step by step

  1. Start an invitation

Open Team Members and use the invitation action. Enter the teammate’s email address.

  2. Choose a role

Choose Admin for workspace and team management, Finance for financial work and directories, or Project Manager for assigned project work and linked documents.

  3. Set project access

Choose projects where the role offers project-scoped access. Review Include new projects automatically before enabling it.

  4. Send and manage membership

Send the invitation and have the recipient follow the invitation link. Review membership status later to update access or disable a member who no longer needs it.

What happens next

The accepted invitation gives access according to the selected role and project scope. Only the owner manages subscription billing and online payment setup.

Good to know

A supplier directory entry is not a team invitation. Project restrictions can limit which source documents and records a member can see.
